Private villas on Isla del Rosario: The smaller, less-visited Isla del Rosario has a cluster of private villas rented by the night or week. These are typically owner-operated Caribbean-style houses with their own dock, kitchen, and direct coral reef access. Pricing starts around COP 600,000 per night for a two-bedroom villa and rises significantly for the more designed properties. These need to be booked weeks in advance for peak season.

All-inclusive island resorts: A handful of small resorts on Isla Grande operate on an all-inclusive basis - accommodation, three meals, non-motorised water sports, and boat transfers from Cartagena included in one price.
